Another great event this year! We have received a great deal of enthusiastic comments about the ArtShow and again it provided a much appreciated social event which drew positive attention to Wooli and its talent. People remarked it was even more fantastic than last year.

ORGANISERS of the second Wooli Artists Gathering Artshow, to be held this Easter at the Wooli Hotel/Motel, say they are excited to have received an entry from Archibald Prize winner Nicholas Harding.

Great to hear from Leone Coper that WAG the Wooli Artists Gathering formed last year will be holding their Wild About Wooli Art Show again. The theme this year is inspired by coastal beauty, especially Wooli, so there is plenty of scope for the artist ‘s imagination. Ian Rees has once again kindly lent the venue at the Wooli Hotel/Motel.

Last year ‘s inaugural exhibition was a resounding success and many sales were made. A People ‘s Choice prize will be awarded and there are prizes for various categories last year ‘s People ‘s Choice went to Therese Lord ‘s splendid driftwood-and-fishnet cormorant.
Professionals and amateurs alike are welcome to exhibit, whether you are an artist, a photographer or just like to experiment with other media. Children ‘s works will also be displayed, so get those budding Picassos to put brush to paper!
